The University of Minnesota Medical Foundation presented Scott and Carol LeDoux a 20"X24" Classic by David "Painter" canvas print on January 28, 2010 at Diamond Awards. Scott, a former heavy weigh boxer was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease) in August of 2008. Diamond Awards was started by Mark Allison after the death of former twins great baseball player Bob Allison who died of Ataxia. The entire Allison family remains an integral part of Diamond Awards. The annual event raises funds for the University of Minnesota Medical Foundation to continue research in neurological and muscular diseases that affect many individuals and families each year.
